$15K for cemetery vault!!!

The Middletown Community Foundation recently announced $170,000 in grants to area non-profits. Among those grants was this one:

“City of Middletown $15,000 for renovation of Pioneer Cemetery’s vault”

	Didn't they put forth some money before and it wasn't able to be used because the rest of the money needed for the renovation couldn't be raised or are these the same funds?
