	Yeah well this Villiage, Village being Middletown City Hall and BOE, haven't been doing such a hot job the last 5-6 years that I have seen. Between Price and his Diversity kick and the City Council just wanting to make Middletown more of a Poverty City than anything else, you see why the scores are in the crapper. All the money in the world won't fix what a little commonsense would improve.

	Funny what $10,500 a student a year won't get you in the Public sector, but $4500.00 will get you in the private sector.

	Great article !! Merrill pulled no punches in that article ! I think the difference in the $10,500 & $4,500 just maybe the teachers union. (of course I could be wrong but that is rare )
