Change the Law On Releasing Accused Murderers

Journal story concerning the two accused murderers/gang members being released by prosecutor Gmoser because the law states they can't hold them without an indictment.

Now, we have two people released to society, accused of murder and gang activity, that are potential flight risks. The police apprehended them just to be released for this reason. Insanity runs amok. The law is ignorant in this case IMO.

This is a great opportunity to correct this obvious, illogical oversight for the state legislators in Columbus. Wake up politicians and do the right thing here.

The releasing of accused murderers back out into society goes beyond ignorance. The very act puts the public in danger as well. The criminals are laughing at the judicial system and it's leniency right now. It is a joke. Time to get tougher and stop this kinder gentler/forgiving nonsense.
