   We are pleased to announce the following promotion recommendations from the Police Division:  Rodney Muterspaw to Deputy Chief, Jim Cunningham to Lieutenant, and Ed Sensel to Sergeant.  Rodney will be assigned to the Support Section.  Jim will be the 3-11 Shift Commander.  Ed has been assigned to the patrol section.  All are scheduled to be confirmed by council at the June 7 Council meeting under Consent Agenda. I know that these three individuals will have great success in their new assignments and wish them the best of luck.

	Rodney is a sharp guy. Could see him being police chief although he's pretty young. Don't know sergeant Sensel. Cunningham seems like a good cop and a go getter. He's at goldman park a lot for softball so he's in the community. Congratulations to all.
