Just before midnight at 2013 Winton St in Middletown, Ohio, 2 armed men broke into Eric Bailey's house and shot him once in the abdomen after demanding money. He was taken into Atrium, but his condition is not known at this point.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A new study provides some of the best evidence to date that low wages and unemployment make less-educated men more likely to turn to crime.

Researchers examined national crime rates between 1979 and 1997 and found much of the increase in crime during that period can be explained by falling wages and rising unemployment among men without college educations.

It doesn't help much, proportionately speaking, that Middletown reigns as the SUBSIDIZED HOUSING MECCA of S.W. OHIO.  Yes, the past and present elitist bureaucrats at One Donham Plaza can not provide enough excuses and finger-pointing to explain their actions that led to this sorry state of affairs.
