How can they NOT know who is receiving section 8 rent monies ? Even with Consoc doing the leg work the city should know who owns these rentals.
 
If "previous" council capped the amount of vouchers then how did it get to the high at this point ? And why has the city been applying year after year to HUD when it sounds like they are taking advantage of the program ?
 
A lot of song & dance going on in this city.
No more democrats no more republicans,vote Constitution Party !!
