   Drug disposal day will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 30, you can drop of at Holy Trinity Center, 201 Clark St., Middletown. Drop off any unused or expired prescription and over-the-counter medications. No syringes or lancets will be accepted. No questions asked. 

The Ohio death rate from unintentional drug poisoning more than tripled from 1999 to 2007 and now is the leading cause of injury deaths, passing motor vehicle crashes and suicides,

Hamilton Police Department, 331 S. Front St.; Holy Trinity Center, 201 Clark St., Middletown; West Chester Hospital Medical Office Building, 7700 University Drive; Fairfield Twp. Police Department, 5230 Pleasant Ave.; Kroger, 3033 Heritage Green Drive, Monroe; Ross Twp. Police Department, 3133 Hamilton-Cleves Road; and New Miami Police Department, 268 Whitaker Ave.
