Anyone taking bets on the vote next Tuesday, Oct. 6th, 2009, to name Middletown a Citywide Poverty Zone? Anyone hear any talk about this, MJ and everyone else has sure been quiet about it.

With Middletowns track record on CDBG Funds and HUD Funds I would say it is a sure bet they will do it to the detriment of the City as a whole............do you really want to make that bet. |

Can we expect Judy Gilleland or Doug Adkins to provide the City Council and us lowly citizens with relevant information on the CDBG Program??
Does the current City Council know (or even care to know) what the City of Middletown experts have in store for us??
Since Ginger Smith, Doug Adkins and Judy Gilleland dumped the former HUD Consolidated Planning Committee, will the MMF now become the "by invitation only" citizen participation arm of local government??
