By Ed Richter

MIDDLETOWN

The annual State of the City address has been set for 6 p.m. March 31 at the Shartle House of the Middletown Historical Society on Donham Plaza.

Mayor Larry Mulligan will present the city’s accomplishments from 2014 and update the community on its future challenges as well as provide updates about upcoming projects.

Mulligan's speech will be great Viv. Starts at 6pm. Over, at least with the pertinent topics of discussion at 6:02pm as to accomplishments but could go into the wee hours of the morning on the challenges (that is, if Mulligan wants to be truthful and include everything)

Now, the updates on upcoming projects could be both long and boring to those who do not support the entire focus on the downtown as I suspect that will be all Mulligan will talk about.

This will be a course, presented by Mare Mulligan, in advanced propaganda, with a few lies and sporadic nonsense sprinkled in and how to spread it on thick. Always is. Hard to believe that there will be people in this city who will actually buy into this crap.
I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over.
