6. MOTION AGENDA 
(a) To authorize a contract off the Southwest Ohio Purchasers for Government Cooperative Purchasing Contract for highway rock salt from Morton Salt in the amount of $61.80 per ton for the approximate usage of 4,000 tons over the 2012-2013 winter season.

1. Ordinance No. O2012-38, an ordinance authorizing a contract with MBI Solutions for EMS billing services and declaring an emergency. 

2. Resolution No. R2012-27, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2012, and to declare an emergency. (Nuisance Abatement Fund & General Fund) 

3. Ordinance No. O2012-39, an ordinance enacting and adopting the 2011 supplement to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown, Ohio. (2nd Reading) 

4. Resolution No. R2012-29, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2012, and to declare an emergency. (Renaissance North TIF Fund and Towne Mall/Hospital TIF Fund) (No action requested until October 18, 2012) 

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION 
Under the authority of O.R.C. 121.22 (G) (1) To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official; and O.R.C. 121.22 (G) (2) To consider the purchase of property for public purposes, or for the sale of property at competitive bidding, if premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage.
