Here are  a few guys from around town that have been in trouble.  A couple months ago I asked about one of the guys walking his dogs around the high school and Rosedale elmentary school.  He has been seen in the area of Rosedale again recently, not sure of the day or time.  
Was told he can be in the area, just not on school property.  Principals are supposed to be aware
