CHARLES E ETAL” by Bayview Loan Servicing LLC for $32,000.00 on 8/21/2012.  

I believe that this is the former Sorg Opera House.

I have no idea who comprises “MILLER CHARLES E ETAL”, or
if it is just a shell for MMF.

	Word on the street is this is an outside group of business people that have little to no relationship to Middletown. They are a group of people (I believe from the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky area), apparently with some money, and their goal is to renovate the Opera House. What they will do with the rest of the property is unknown.
