Were you a Thespian at Monroe? We are looking for you! This is our final year in the auditorium and we would like to invite all Thespians back for our annual banquet. The event will be on May 21, 2004 in the school auditorium. We hope to have students from every decade of Thespians represented. This is your chance to come back one last time to the auditorium that was so important to many of our high school careers! Thespian Troupe 1709 has created a scholarship in honor of the late Thespian sponsor, Della Ewalt. The scholarship is set up through the Middletown Community Foundation but we need the seed money to get the scholarship started. This scholarship will be awarded to a Monroe grad who is continuing their studies in theatre. If you would like to contribute to the scholarship please mail your donations to the Middletown Community Foundation and earmark it for the Della Ewalt scholarship. Remember all contributions are tax deductible and it’s a great way to honor a wonderful teacher and important program in our schools. |
