The long awaited opening of Lone Star Steak House is here. On September 16, 2009 the all new Lone Star will open its doors once again in Middletown. It was just over one year ago when restaurant was closed due to a fire that struck in the middle of the night. The cause of that fire is still undetermined.
According to Eric, the manager of the new Lone Star Steak house Middletown location, this Lone Star is a prototype for future restaurants. It is the only one like it in the country and if all goes well here in Middletown, all future Lone Star’s will modeled after this location.
Larry Jacobs, the site superintendent told MiddletownUSA.com that through out the rebuilding process people would stop at the construction site all the time asking when the restaurant will reopen.
Lone Star began its career over two decades ago and now operates 140 locations around the country.
