5. Rudy Giuliani, New York (withdrawal filed February 4, 2008 - a vote cast for Giuliani will not be counted)

Note: Votes cast for candidates listed above who are not listed as withdrawn will be counted.
In Ohio, presidential candidates must withdraw their consent for their names to be used on the ballot for delegates and alternates by the thirtieth day before the presidential primary election (February 4, 2008, 4:00 p.m.).
Voters will not receive notices and none will be posted regarding candidates who "suspend," "terminate" or "withdrawal" their candidacy after the deadline, and votes cast for these candidates will be counted.
