Middletown Division of Police and Fire were pleased to participate in the 2011 Middletown City Schools Special Olympics Track and Field day held at Middletown High School on May 13, 2011. Over 200 students participated in the daylong event. Police and Fire officials participated by awarding the first, second and third place winners to all the smiling kids and their parents. City personnel were also available for logistical support. The City of Middletown was honored to lend a hand to these young people and to participate in this important community event.
