Attendance:  Rodney Muterspaw (President), Travis Milton (V.P.), Susan Kinsworthy (Treasurer), Stephanie Norris (Secretary), Robin Fultz (Treasurer), Gary Lebo, Michelle Johnson, Mark Kerns, Rhonda Hamilton, Jennie Dalton, Scott Dalton, Jason Cave, Jason Krause, Amanda Korfhagen, Marty Flesher, Mike Takach, Dan McCullough, Mark Adkins, Tim Parks, Al Roberts

I.    Financial Report – At the end of October, total balance = $37,653.13. ($24,152.20 = Booster Club unrestricted)
II.    Athletic Directors Report –
Gave some fundraising ideas
11/6 – Fall awards banquet
11/18 – Winter Sports Meeting
11/21 – Winter Sports picture day
11/29 – OHAA – Princeton AD was given permission to host a fundraiser (boys basketball games) to raise money for Bill Brewer (deceased Princeton bball coach)
12/1 – Girls basketball 1st game
12/5 – Boys basketball Paul Walker Classic

III.    New Business
a.    Pack the House Pink 12/13  - Breast Cancer Awareness – Girls Basketball will be hosting Lakota – BOTH TEAMS WEARING PINK UNIFORMS
Goal is to have LOTS of people at this game; pre-sale tickets will be available, and a pink shirt will be given for people to wear to the game
Ideas are:  to recognize Middletown staff or family members who have passed from breast cancer – Would like to eventually make it a regional event
Girls Basketball –Will have 5 promotional games:  
Youth Girls
11/22 – Girls preview starts @ 9 Grades 3rd – Varsity participating
Middie Athlete Night -1/31 (All Athletes attend the game, $10 per student athlete in attendance will be donated to that sport)
12/30 – Watch the girls play, then watch the Pacers play

Tennis & Cross Country will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets during girls basketball games
a.    Light Up Middletown  – 12/26 – 12/31 from 6:00 -10:00 pm
We need 2 people at a time to work the booth, must be 18
b.    Travel Loan Request to Boys Basketball
Much discussion on the boosters loaning money (not just to the basketball program, but in general).  After much discussion, a motion was made to donate money to the basketball program to help with their travel expenses.
Motion made by Travis Milton:  To give Coach Ronai $2500 to aid in travel expenses.
Seconded by Mike Tackach
Passed:  9 – 1, motion carried
c.    Booster Member over each sport –
To aid in communication, organization, and getting things done in a timely manner, a booster member will be assigned to each high school sport to serve as a direct contact for that sport.
II.    Old Business
a.    Winter Sports Kickoff Event – Waffle Breakfast – We are hoping to have this on 11/22 (Gary and Robin are looking into this!)

III.    Open Floor
a.    Girls/Boys Basketball Preview – 8 local schools will be participating
11/23 @ 6:30
$5.00 a ticket
Guest Speaker will be Jermaine Henderson, Ass. Coach @ Miami
Motion made by Mark Kerns: To give $500 to the preview organizers.
Seconded by Marty Flesher
Motion passed unanimously

NEXT MEETING – 12/8 @ 7:00 in the High School Library
