| Nina Markle Opens Piano Lab |

 Nina Markle retired from teaching from Middletown, Ohio. She had recently requested $3,000 for a piano lab to be able to teach music to low income children in her area. Nina had always dreamed of opening a Performing Arts Academy and this past week with a space provided by a local church. They will be teaching all ages and will have them grouped by age and skill, with the hopes of serving up to 100 students a week.
Having this piano group it will allow for a group of 8 to practice at the same time with an instructor. This lab will be beneficial to families that are out of work and their children could enjoy learning the skills of being able to read and play music.
With the grant Nina will be purchasing the Yamaha LC2 Plus Lab. Nina is very admired for purchasing this and bringing music to underprivileged children.
