Butler County Commission is seeking preliminary and final approval for building a 309 foot public safety radio tower in Blue Ball. Middletown Planning Commission is expected to review and consider the request at its 6:30 PM Wednesday meeting.

The tower is part of a network of 14 public safety communications towers proposed for construction around Butler County. The tower is to be constructed next to the two 130-foot water tanks behind Kohl's on Cincinnati-Dayton Road.
