On Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Jacot Park the City of Middletown is invited to join in an informational event where people from the community get to come in contact with people and services throughout the community.
The event, which is scheduled to begin at 5:00 pm and wrap up at 9:00 pm, will include more than 25 government and community service organizations. The gathering, titled "National Night Out", is free to attend and will offer complementary hotdogs, water, and soft drinks.
Jacot Park is a 17 acre city park which is located off Tarrimore Circle behind Middletown Shopping Center. The park features playground equipment, picnic tables, a walking trail and AK Soccer Fields.
