Back in April the Middletown City Council approved the repainting of the Middletown Blue Ball Watertower due to a faded paint job and a few rust spots. The council approved, 6 votes to none, the painting of the water tower costing $293,000 plus an additional $35,000 for the inspection paid for from the Water Fund.

The new paint job is now in place on the tower and so is the new Middletown City logo.
