The Middletown Social Security Office is relocating. The following is a letter of notification from Sue Denny, Cincinnati Public Affairs Specialist.

Middletown Social Security Office Relocating Effective April 16, 2012

I am writing to notify you of an important change in the location of the Social Security Middletown office. Effective Monday, April 16, 2012, the Middletown Social Security office is relocating to 3715 Towne Blvd., Franklin 45005, right across the street from the current location. Office hours will remain 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

During the relocation process the week of April 9, services will be very limited at the current Middletown office (3860 Towne Blvd.). That office will be closed as of noon Thursday, April 12th and all day Friday, April 13th.

During this time, the public may wish to transact business at www.socialsecurity.gov or at 1-800-772-1213. Teleservice representatives are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.

Social Security has four other offices in the Cincinnati area including Hamilton, Cincinnati North, Cincinnati Downtown, and Batavia. Or, if more convenient, there are also five Social Security offices in the Greater Miami Valley area in Piqua, Xenia, Dayton Downtown, West Dayton, and Springfield.
