II. LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2010-01, an ordinance creating the position of Special projects Manager in the Middletown Municipal Court and declaring an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2010-02, an ordinance authorizing severance pay for those city employees laid off as a result of budget cuts in the 2010 calendar year and declaring an emergency.
