The Middletown Public Library is preparing for its annual book sale.   This year the Library will be holding their annual book sale at the same location as last year - 2 South Main Street, (the old Bank One building) on the corner of Central Avenue and Main Street. This year’s sale features not only print material, but also VHS tapes, DVDs, CD-ROMS, audio books, CDs, and magazines.  There will also be many children’s titles available. All items will be $5.00 per bag (you fill the bag).

The Friends of the Library preview sale will be Thursday, May 1, from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.  Anyone wishing to participate in the preview sale may join the Friends’ group any time prior to the sale, including the day of the sale.  Memberships will be sold at the door. 

The public sale will be Friday, May 2, from 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m., and Saturday, May 3, from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.  Last year was a sellout, so come early.  Free parking is available in the lots to the left and rear of the building.  For additional information the public may call 424-1251.
