The Faith United Church and the Oaks Community Church is set to reopen its Youth Center for the 2010-2011 school year. Students in grades 3-12 who attend the Middletown City School District can participate every Tuesday beginning October 5th. In collaboration with the Governor’s Achievement Initiative in Closing The Achievement Gap the scheduled activities consist of:

OGT and OAA Test preparation

Tutorial assistance
-
Open gym
-
Family Night at the movies
-
Asset Building
Each activity is designed to enhance students’ academic performance and too develop stronger character. Parents can sign up their children every Tuesday beginning September 28th from the hours 3-6pm; at Faith United Church 9 Baltimore Street. Faith United Church is a business partner with the Middletown City Schools. If Transportation or additional information is needed please call the church at 513.422.6223.
