Its been said that Jason Krause is a windfall for Middletown. Coach Krause left the Monroe Hornet Head Football Coach (Division 3) position for the Middie Head Football Coach position (Division 1).
Krause brings a record of 33 wins and only 7 losses with him from Monroe. Here is a quick review of his win loss record from 2005 to 2007.
2007 Record 11-3 - SWBL Buckeye Champions - OHSAA playoff qualifiers – Region 12 Champions - State Semi-finalists
2006 Record 10-2 - SWBL Buckeye Champions - OHSAA playoff qualifiers - Regional Semi-fmalists.
2005 Record 12-2 - Mid-Miami League Co-Champs – OHSAA playoff qualifiers – Region 16 Champions - State Semi-finalists
I asked Coach Krause if he was optimistic about the team. He said, "The team looks great, we are going to surprise some folks."
Krause went on to say that the "Strengths are team speed and aggressiveness on Defense." Also that "patience is improving on offense."
Defensively, Krause said the team will "run a 3-3 stack on Defense."
