A large windmill is being constructed in the grove of trees west of the Middletown City Building, the focus piece for Middfest International 2007, featuring The Netherlands.

Each year a focus piece is made representing the featured country. A party is planned on August 11, from 7 to 9:30 PM at the windmill site to celebrate the volunteer effort for Middfest 2007. The event is free and open to the public.
