Shy Hill Marketing formerly located in Nashville, Tennessee, now with offices in Middletown, has partnered with Boo Ha Ha, LLC., of Monroe to promote and head advertising for all of their 5 retail locations for the 2004 season.

The retail sites, known as Halloween Express, offer a full line of Halloween costumes, makeup and accessories, and, were a huge success last year, with  two locations in the Dayton market. 

The chain is expanding to the Columbus area this year with two stores and adding an additional location to the Dayton area for a total of five storefronts.

All the stores will be opening the first of  September according to company President, Tim Tucker, " We may have one or two open before then, but September is our target date."

The group plans to market to the general public and use the same military discount couponing as last year.
