Butler County has over 1,900 available acres of ready-to-build prime industrial and commercial property. Most of this acreage is five miles or less from I-75 and I-275 which are easily accessible from the county’s 11 interstate highway interchanges.
The county has over 174 available buildings or subleases with over 9.2 million square feet including buildings as large as 500,000 sq. ft. These facilities rang from new state-of-the-art logistic centers to Class A corporate office space.
