Chamber/Middfest International Indonesia Business Day
October 2, 2009, is Indonesia Business Day in Middletown (OH). This one-day program will be held at the Manchester Inn & Conference Center. Indonesia is this year’s focus of the annual Middfest International Celebration. The world’s fourth most populous country, Indonesia is the archipelago stretched out from the continent of Asia to the continent of Australia. US and Indonesia commerce are important economic partners and our governments are in the process of developing a new ‘comprehensive partnership’.
In attendance and presenting will be the Indonesian Ambassador to the United States, the president of the American Indonesian Chamber of Commerce based in New York, the president of the United States-Indonesia Society, and many other representatives from Indonesia’s government agencies and industrial sectors. The content for the presentations and audience interactions include American success stories and US development of comprehensive partnerships. Ambassador Sudjadnan Parnohadiningrat will be the keynote speaker at lunch. Immediately following the early afternoon panel presentation by the Ambassador will be opportunities to meet with all Indonesian visitors for 15-minute one-on-one private consultations.
