The Home Depot distibution center in Corridor 75 Monroe is completely under roof and is on schedule. Corridor 75 is a 6.3 Million S/F distribution enter being developed in Monroe.
$6.6 Mil in internal roads, which are nearly completed, were financed by the Warren County Port Authority. The facility is locaded near the Warren County - Butler County border, but exists entirely in Warren county.
The Home Depot distribution center is almost structurally complete. Also there has been significant progress on the second building.
Corridor 75 has 15-year, 100-percent property tax abutments for all new tenants. Ohio 63 east of I-75 to Union Road also has been widened to five lanes.
I contacted Steve Dragon of Vandercar, the developer of Corridor 75 for an update on the project. Full interview: Corridor 75 Update with Steve Dragon
