On Sunday, September 30 students at Miami University Middletown will host their Third Annual Family Fun Fest. The event will be in and around Johnston Hall from 2-6 p.m. This year’s Fun Fest activities will include: food, balloons, 25-cent carnival games, a bouncy house, Rock band, community scavenger hunt, raffles, door prizes, and a children’s costume contest at 4 p.m.
Admission to the event is free, however, canned and boxed food donations for local charities will be encouraged at the door. All of the event’s proceeds will benefit local non-profit organizations. In case of bad weather, the event will be held indoors.
The event is sponsored by SERVE (Students Engaging in Real Volunteer Efforts), many Miami University offices and organizations, Air Products and Chemicals, Kohl’s Cares for Kids, Miami University Community Federal Credit Union, New York Life, and Towne Boulevard Church of God.
