City Staff is working together to create an easy to follow, informational booklet about the plan review process for commercial property development. We stand behind our motto of “we are open for business” and we want to facilitate the process for doing business in Middletown. Our first step is to document the process for plan review by the city departments of zoning, building, engineering, and health. We hope to have this ready by the end of the month. We will gather to brainstorm ideas for streamlining procedures, and then will engage our public volunteers to review our improvement ideas.
