CITY OF MIDDLETOWN RECOMMENDATION ON LEAF DISPOSAL
City of Middletown residents are asked to dispose of fallen leaves by mulching with a mower, bag for disposal by Rumpke or hire a private contractor to remove leaves from private property. City of Middletown crews no longer gather leaves from the gutters. David Duritsch, City of Middletown Public Works and Utilities Director asks resident s’ cooperation. “Please do not rake leaves into gutters since that eventually clogs storm sewer drains.”
