Bill Becker Voted In For Middletown City Council

Bill Becker has worked for and in the Middletown government for 34 years, starting as a police officer in 1973, and working his way up to his appointment as Chief of Police in 1995. After retiring from the Police Department a few years ago, he moved up to an appointment as City Manger, up to his retirement in April earlier this year. Now, he is adding City Councilman to his resume. According to Becker, "there is no other candidate... that has the knowledge and experience that I have."
Notable issues mentioned include:
"Middletown is a great city."
"Public safety needs to be a #1 priority."
"I am very much in favor of partnering with the private sector."
"We have to stop all this negativity in Middletown."
"Diversity is our strength not our weakness."
