As part of the 25th Anniversary Celebration, the Middletown Library is hosting a monthly event featuring local artists and authors who have made a contribution to the library. Browse through the displays and take a few minutes to talk with local artist Pat Brewer about his work on Thursday, August 7 in the front lobby of the library from 12 - 1 pm. Her work will be on display the entire month of August.
A Middletown native, Pat Brewer is a Miami University graduate and a former Reference Librarian at Middletown Public Library. She has studied art at Middletown Arts Center in classes or workshops with Homer Hacker, Gary Simendinger, Ron Bushhorn, Steve Perucca, Don Dennis, Skip Lawrence, Frank Webb and Tony Couch. Brewer works primarily in watercolor.
