Access Business Development & Finance, Inc., just recently founded in May 2008,  is a highly successful and respected Certified Development Company.  ABD&F was created when the Certified Development Company of Butler County, Inc. and the Certified Development Corporation of Warren County, Inc merged in order to provide higher levels of service in the fields of  financing and technical resources for small businesses.

Mission Statement:
