   At the Middletown Public Housing Agency (MPHA) meeting last Tuesday, the following significant information request was made to City of Middletown senior staff by At-Large City Councilwoman Anita Scott-Jones: 

Can the City of Middletown provide future monthly reports of HUD Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) administrative fees utilized for senior staff payroll, etc. in addition to contractually-mandated C.O.N.S.O.C. payments?

Thanks to Ms. Scott-Jones foresight and desire for governmental transparency, the citizenry of Middletown will now be better informed.
