State Of The City Address-Revisited For Review

Just happened upon Mulligan's State of the City address from earlier this year. In that speech, he mentions that he will be eager to share the plans to deal with the streets and infrastructure. OK, Lawrence, you've had plenty of time to lay out a plan. Let's hear it! OR-OR, heaven forbid, has this never been worked on and you were just "a funnin'" us in your speech??? Looks like just another "gum bumpin'" episode from our esteemed mayor. We need to review all these past promises, make a list citing source and date said and go to citizens comments to ask them point blank about them. Then, see the blank stares as, simultaneously, they slobber all over themselves trying to recover from the attack as they are not "prepared at this time to respond"
