Quality Manager at Quaker Chemical

We currently have an opening for a North America Quality Manager to be located in our Middletown, Ohio facility.
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a standardized corporate Quality System across all of Quaker’s North America Region. This includes managing and coordinating our ISO program and customer problem resolution process while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You will also design and lead the implementation of Quality Assurance tools and training programs to improve North American quality performance. You will function as Quaker’s liason for all Industry and Customer Quality System issues, interacting with Quaker’s customers and suppliers on quality issues as necessary. This is a “hands on” leadership role, that will require working to understand our processes from the plant floor on up, in order to ensure quality processes are engrained in all ascpects of the organization.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other closely related field with minimum of four years of relevant work experience in managing a Quality Assurance System.
Candidates should also have demonstrated ability to effectively exert managerial influence to promote and gain commitment to quality programs and initiatives, have the ability to work collegially in a fast pace environment and have a sense of urgency and be results oriented.
