Japanese group to return to Middletown for Sister City ProjectOsaki City residents visited city three years ago, will be first group since devasting tsunami.I would guess they'll have more questions than answers after 3 years. When did the "Great Miami Tsunami" hit and wipe out GO, Barb's, Duncan, Jack's, Revelos, Swallens, Parking garage, Roosevelt, Sorg Paper, Sunset Pool, Wrenn & others?
How did it manage to leave the opera house, Studio, old Monkey Wards, & Manchester (amongst others) standing?
When did the meltdown occur at the Towne Mall?
