A two-man play, “Nixon’s Nixon”, is being presented by a
local theater group. City Law Director
Les Landon is to portray Henry Kissinger.
(Some might say that it would be less of a stretch for him to portray
Nixon.)
I present, for your consideration, an excerpt from the
Middletown Journal story on that play:
“What I think the play is really
about is what happens when people are faced with the idea of giving up the
power they have,” said Landen. “And how difficult that is and how it impacts
the way people will behave.”
Life imitating art…or
art imitating life??? You make the call.
