Some citizens felt wronged when they cut citizens' comments from the televised portions of TV Middletown's coverage of Middletown City Council meetings back in May. Bill I don't think they should have been taken out either. But I wish they had the camera on Mulligans face when Schiavone suggested bringing them back. I could feel Mulligan cringe on TV . I hear Mulligan is happy with the staus quo.
