To:  Miss Vivian, Randy, A.J., or Anyone Else Who Might Know the Answers to the Following Three Questions --

Question 1:  Are existing combined sanitary/storm sewers under the portion of Sutphin Street to be improved by the City?

Question 2:  If it turns out that this segment of Sutphin Street still has combined lines, wouldn't this be the logical opporttunity for separation of combined sanitary/storm sewers?

Question 3:  Is it true that many "downtown" properties plus several Ward 1 and Ward 2 residential neighborhoods have chronic problems due to presently combined sewers and the negative impact of sporadic heavy rainfall?
