Can anyone suggest any companies/organizations that offer free meeting rooms in the evenings?

The public library, if the meeting does not last too late.

Several area restaurants will provide a private room if your group is willing to eat during the meeting.

(Moderately priced such as Chinese, pizza, etc. on up to full sit-down dinners with adult beverages)

Kelly,
If none of the above suggestions work for you, there are options depending upon the group's purpose.  If your group's (and the meeting's) purpose is civic, charitable, philanthropic, or the like, there are fraternal and church groups that I would try if it were me.  Just a thought.
