A Russian news agency has reported that representatives of the third largest steel company in Russia, MMK, did travel to Ohio on Sept. 17 , 2007 to meet with Gov. Ted Strickland.
 
Will the Strickland administration offer tax incentives to help MMK? Will those incentives be unfair to AK in Middletown?
