1 - PROPOSED TAX LEVY (RENEWAL AND INCREASE) - MIDDLETOWN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

Shall a levy renewing $4,000,000 and providing an increase of $1,500,000 be imposed by the Middletown City School District, Counties of Butler and Warren, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT in the sum of $5,500,000 per year and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average six and seven-hundredths (6.07) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to sixty and seven-tenths cents ($0.607) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of three (3) years, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008?

Runs in 38 precincts also Warren County
