This just in from Terry Baltes, the central business district in Dayton supports a 25% vacancy rate. Currently there is almost 2 Million Square feet available in downtown Dayton alone.
 
If you factor in Suburban, that number goes to 2.8 Million square feet available.

This just in, Housing values in Dayton is down 28% from $41,010 in 2007 to $29,241 last year. Source: Dayton Business Journal
