Middletown gets the biggest share at $3 million. Let's see how smart they are in prioritizing what needs to be done in this city. What are the odds of seeing this money spent on worthless endeavors?

The city of Middletown should receive $1.375 million for its transit system. The funds will be used for vehicle replacement, maintenance and facility expansions, according to the plan.

In addition, Middletown will receive $750,000 to resurface Sutphin Street between Central and Grand avenues, and $2.25 million to resurface University Boulevard between Reinhartz and Breiel boulevards.
