I have 2 small offices on the first floor. One rents for $250/mo and the other $350/mo. (The larger office on the first floor is no longer available)

The rent includes electricity, trash, heat/air plus weekly maid service.

Great Location on east end of Middletown near I-75 and Rt 122
Class B office space in excellent condition. Fibre Internet connection, maid service, underground parking and more.

It is right next to the common bathrooms for the entire floor.
Size is 12.5' x 15' approximately.

Why do you advertise on this site if you have no OFFICE space for rent..I was interested in a small office with two rooms and bathroom.. Wildwood office park;
I have about 500 sq. ft. with private bathroom available for $300 per month. very nice, internet ,heat, electricity included. call Doug @ 513-424-5305
